For the last 18 years, Mike Romer has donated his time and resources as a facilitator and instructor for inmates at the Box Elder County Jail. It can be a very painful time for some who have to spend time in the jail and sometimes it’s a pivotal turning point in their lives. Mike not only impacts the inmates he teaches, but he also has an impact on their families and the staff and officers at the county jail. Mike has always volunteered quietly but through the years his time and talents have truly made a difference in so many lives.
